Grilled Peach Salad

Chicories, champagne vinaigrette, granola crumble.

The Benedict

English muffin, smoked seitan bacon, tofu scramble, hollandaise, roasted carrot yolk, parsley, and paprika. Served with smoked fingerling potatoes in black vinaigrette dressing, avocado, and agugula salad with confit tomato.

So Many Nuts…

Almond waffle, housemade nutella, cashew foam, candied macadamia, and pistachio ice cream. Served with cherries and tarragon.
