Fancy Plants Catering @ Chicago Vegan Mac Down!

Every year Factory Farming Awareness Coalition (FFAC) puts on a ‘mac down,’ where different cooks compete to see who makes the best vegan mac ‘n’ cheese. This will be the first year Fancy Plants Catering is making a submission!
We’ll be using Baia pasta from our good friends in Oakland, CA., and making a spicy fermented cheese sauce.

Attendees get to:
*Sample all the entries and vote for their favorite
*Check out local vendors
Such as: Bad Day Donuts, Sandi Swiss Sweets, Chicago Style Vegan,Nataly’s Nectar, The Amazing Kale Burger, Harm Less Threads, FFAC – Chicago
*Enter our raffle full of awesome prizes (one free ticket per attendee)
*Enjoy free samples – Daiya Foods, I Heart Keenwah, Tapuat Kombucha, more TBA
Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door
